This Dufour 425 GL has received exceptional care thus far in her lifetime, thanks to her owner's love for the sea,
with the quality being evident upon inspection- She is serviced systematically, and remains in top condition.
For the prospective owner of this vessel, she comes with a variety of sails fit for all weathers and circumstances that one may face whilst at sea.
Additionally, in the lower deck, the table and couches in the galley can be turned into a double-bed.
The Dufour 425 Grand Large, introduced in 2006, is part of Dufour’s Grand Large range, designed to offer spacious and comfortable cruising without sacrificing sailing performance. The 2007 edition is designed by Umberto Felci and Patrick Roseo and became one of the most popular models in this range due to its solid construction, practical deck layout and ocean-capable design.
It was built to maximize internal volume, carrying its wide beam from midships to the transom, which provided exceptional interior space for a 42-foot yacht.
While not officially classified as a blue-water cruiser, the 425 GL was robust enough to handle heavy seas and high winds, making it a favorite among long-distance cruisers and charter companies alike.
